Our Pempek Kapal Selam is the crown jewel of South Sumatran cuisine. Each piece is hand-shaped using premium Spanish Mackerel (Tenggiri) and filled with a whole grade-A farm egg. The name "Submarine" comes from its unique cooking process where it sinks to the bottom and rises when perfectly done.
